layouts and design, was designed and developed by Apollo Von Scherzer LLC
("AVS") and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. It is not
a "work made for hire."

1. LICENSEE. Regency Office Products, LLC (d/b/a Regency Business Solutions
   and Office Depot 360) ("Regency") is licensed to use this website under
   Section 8 of the Contractor Agreement between AVS and Regency (the
   "Agreement"), effective upon payment in full for the applicable work.
   Regency's rights, including its right to have its employees, affiliates,
   contractors and service providers host, maintain and modify the website
   on its behalf, are exactly as stated in the Agreement. Nothing in this
   notice limits those rights.

2. EVERYONE ELSE. No other person or company is granted any right to copy,
   reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, sublicense, republish or
   create derivative works from this website or any part of it, except
   through Regency as permitted by the Agreement. Using this code, design or
   any part of it for another website, client, template or product is
   prohibited.

3. AVS RETAINED PROPERTY. AVS retains all rights in its pre-existing and
   independently developed technology, including its build tooling, design
   system, components, techniques and know-how. Where such property is
   incorporated into this website, it is licensed to Regency only as
   incorporated into, and as needed to operate, maintain and modify, this
   website.

4. REGENCY MATERIALS. Regency's trademarks, logos, written content,
   photography, product information and other materials supplied by Regency
   remain the property of Regency.

5. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS. Some parts of the website belong to others and are
   used under their own terms, including: manufacturer and brand logos
   (their respective owners); the lettering of the "Apollo Von Scherzer"
   wordmark, drawn from the Saint Carell typeface (Mans Greback; commercial
   use requires a commercial license); Google Tag
   Manager; the SendThisFile upload widget; and the Regency360 store login
   script (Encryption.js), which is loaded from shop.regency360.com and is
   not part of this package.

6. NOTICES. Except as permitted to Regency under the Agreement, copyright
   notices, author tags and build identifiers in this website's files may
   not be removed or altered. Regency may request removal or modification
   of the visible attribution credit under Section 8(e) of the Agreement.

7. NO OTHER WARRANTY. Except as stated in the Agreement, the website is
   provided "as is."
